A Developer and General Contractor, Bill Clapperton of Custom Development has built over 225 custom homes and 175 condos as part of 80 separate projects ranging in prices up to $15M in La Jolla, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Coronado, Point Loma, Mt Helix and Alpine. Bill has also remodeled over 100 homes in the same areas, including baths, kitchens, and tear-down to re-build.
