• As a Developer and General Contract, Custom Development has built 225 custom homes, Ranging in prices of up to $8,000,000.00 built in La Jolla, Mt Helix, Mission Beach, Coronado and Point Loma
• Remodeled over 90 homes in the same areas, including baths, kitchens, and tear-down to re-build.
• Built 175 condos as part of 80 separate projects ranging in prices up to $8,000,000.00. Projects built in La Jolla, Pt. Loma, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach.
• Purchased, mapped, and developed single family homes in Alpine and Pt. Loma.
